Only representatives of pre-arranged organisations should gather at the Royal Oak Car Park at 10:45 am, for a blessing by Father Rodney, 2-minute silence and the laying of the wreaths. As residents, maybe we should all take time to reflect at home at 11am. It is also 100 years since the current Cenotaph was completed.
