Following a tendering process the Council agreed a cost of just over £52,000.
The Council has set aside £25,000 towards the project and is seeking grant aid for the remaining funding.
We have been successful with two grant applications: £1,000 from Kent Playing Fields Association and £5,500 from Kent County Council.
We will keep you posted as the project proceeds.
