Hawkhurst will be joining the nation in celebrating the coronation of His Majesty King Charles III with a variety of events from Friday 5th to Sunday 7th May.

Friday 5th May
Pensioners lunch at the Copt Hall (must be prebooked 01580 754676).
Children’s production of Midsummer’s Night Dream – starts 6pm in the Marquee on the Moor.
Outdoor cinema on the Moor showing the film “Elvis”, The King of rock’n’roll, from 8.15pm, bring a picnic and something to sit on. Popcorn available.
Saturday 6th May
Live music, bar, bbq in the Marquee on the Moor from 6.30pm and fireworks later in the evening.
Sunday 7th May
Children’s party for under 11s from 4 to 6 pm in the Marquee on the Moor.
Party in the Park on a big screen, bring a picnic.
