King George V Playing Field is held in trust by the Council in partnership with Fields in Trust for recreational use by the public.
It has a senior football pitch, two junior football pitches and a Multi Use Games Area.
King George V Playing Field is the home of Hawkhurst Football Club and Hawkhurst Junior Football Club who both play matches and train at the venue..
The Sports Pavilion can hold up to 40 people and has a small kitchen and toilets. It is used by various groups: Youth Club, Choir, Film Club and sports teams.
The sports pavilion hire fee is £30 per session which is up to 3 hours.
